Tooled Up

I needed a new pair of secateurs and a pruning saw for the garden, as the old ones had gone quite blunt. The range was good and I found exactly what I was after. Ordering was straightforward and it came well packed. A very satisfactory experience throughout.

Compared to my usual supplier this was a fair bit cheaper for the same bit set, which is why I tried them. Delivery was a day later than I'd hoped, but nothing dramatic. The set itself is good. Would order again.

Bought the socket set in the sale and it's been brilliant for the car and a couple of bits round the house. Good price for what you get and the case is sturdy. Delivery was quick, came in two days. Would buy from them again for sure.

My drill bits snapped on a job so I needed a replacement set urgently. Found what I wanted on the site and it came the following day. The set is good and the price was reasonable for the quality. Works well for the job I had.

Really quick order, the site loaded fast and checkout was easy. Got the bits for my bike and they were cheaper than my usual place. Arrived in a day. Good stuff, will be back.

Compared with the big brand names this was clearly cheaper for an electric sander, and the price difference was obvious. Ordered on my phone and it came the next day. First order and I'm pleased with it, will probably look here first next time.

Our old battery finally gave up so I needed a replacement quick before the weekend jobs. Found what I needed on the site and it arrived the next working day, which was good. Packaging was fine. Only thing was the price was a bit higher than I'd hoped, though I'd still go back for the speed.

Compared with the local hardware shop this is far cheaper for bulk screws and fixings, and I can get them the next day. I have been ordering for years now and it has never caused me bother. Tidy site, sensible prices, fast enough delivery.

Been a customer a long while and generally they're reliable, but this time the order took nearly a week to show up, and the tracking was not much help. The item itself is the same quality as always and the price was fair. Just a bit frustrating waiting so long for it.

Parcel arrived a day early which was a nice surprise, but the tracking said out for delivery at 7am and it didn't come till after 4, so I was stuck in all morning waiting. Tool itself is fine and the price was lower than the other places I checked. Would be nicer if the tracking updates were more accurate, but not a disaster. Ordered on the app, easy enough, just the wait that got me.

Bought a palm sander for a small DIY job. It arrived looking just like the photos and works fine. Checkout was a bit fiddly with the postcode field, but it's sorted now.

Ordered an angle grinder for a bit of garden fence work and it turned up in two days which was quicker than I thought. The only thing is the checkout kept asking me to log in again so I had to start over once. Still happy with it though, cuts through the old posts no bother.

You get a lot for the money here, the tool kit I bought has a proper case and every bit I needed. Delivery came in two days. Easy to order and checkout took no time. Good place for basic kit.

Compared to the big DIY chain down the road this was much easier, the prices online are lower and I didn't have to queue. I have been ordering here a few years now. Good range, sensible prices. Keep it up.

A spirit level for hanging pictures was what I needed, and the one I chose is well made and reads true. I found the ordering pages quite clear, and the item arrived when they said it would. Good value, I think, for a tool I'll keep for years.

Ive been buying from them for years and they have never let me down. Ordering is simple and the site is easy to use even for me. Prices are fair and deliveries have always been prompt. Will keep using them.

Bought a little tool kit as a present for my dad. Ordered on the site and it was easy, though I wish the gift option was easier to find. It arrived on time and looked just like the picture. Happy with it.

Honestly this was the best of the places I looked at for a cordless screwdriver, with a clear price and easy checkout. Compared three sites before buying. It came the next working day and works well. Happy with my choice.

Tried three places before picking this one for a set of spanners and the price here was the highest by a fair bit. What stood out was the big markup on the case alone. The spanners themselves are decent quality. Delivery took four days which was slower than promised. Probably wouldn't rush back.

I needed a new workbench vice for a project in the shed, and I've used them a fair few times now. Ordering is straightforward and the vice is solid. The delivery took a day longer than the site said, but it arrived in one piece and I'm happy with it.
