I needed a new pair of secateurs and a pruning saw for the garden, as the old ones had gone quite blunt. The range was good and I found exactly what I was after. Ordering was straightforward and it came well packed. A very satisfactory experience throughout.
Read moreTried three places before picking this one for a set of spanners and the price here was the highest by a fair bit. What stood out was the big markup on the case alone. The spanners themselves are decent quality. Delivery took four days which was slower than promised. Probably wouldn't rush back.
Read moreParcel arrived a day early which was a nice surprise, but the tracking said out for delivery at 7am and it didn't come till after 4, so I was stuck in all morning waiting. Tool itself is fine and the price was lower than the other places I checked. Would be nicer if the tracking updates were more accurate, but not a disaster. Ordered on the app, easy enough, just the wait that got me.
Read moreCompared to my usual supplier this was a fair bit cheaper for the same bit set, which is why I tried them. Delivery was a day later than I'd hoped, but nothing dramatic. The set itself is good. Would order again.
Our old battery finally gave up so I needed a replacement quick before the weekend jobs. Found what I needed on the site and it arrived the next working day, which was good. Packaging was fine. Only thing was the price was a bit higher than I'd hoped, though I'd still go back for the speed.
Bought a palm sander for a small DIY job. It arrived looking just like the photos and works fine. Checkout was a bit fiddly with the postcode field, but it's sorted now.
Ordered an angle grinder for a bit of garden fence work and it turned up in two days which was quicker than I thought. The only thing is the checkout kept asking me to log in again so I had to start over once. Still happy with it though, cuts through the old posts no bother.
Bought a little tool kit as a present for my dad. Ordered on the site and it was easy, though I wish the gift option was easier to find. It arrived on time and looked just like the picture. Happy with it.
I needed a new workbench vice for a project in the shed, and I've used them a fair few times now. Ordering is straightforward and the vice is solid. The delivery took a day longer than the site said, but it arrived in one piece and I'm happy with it.
