Been ordering from them for years now, mostly bits for my electric guitar and the occasional cable. Needed a new strap and some picks after a long break from playing, so I went looking. Everything is laid out sensibly and the delivery has always been reliable, nothing to grumble about.

Bought a beginner acoustic guitar and a tuner for under a hundred quid combined. Good value for what you get, and the extras are cheap too. The guitar took an extra day to arrive, which was the only downside, but everything was fine once it turned up.
I needed a new snare for the church band as my old one had split on the rim during practice. Went through the drum section and narrowed it down by size and finish. Delivery was steady and it arrived in good order, though the packaging was a bit flimsy so I had to check it carefully. The drum itself sounds lovely and I'm really pleased with it.
Compared the stand against the one I'd been eyeing at another shop and this one felt more solid in the reviews. Ordered, the stand arrived a few days later and it's a bit lighter than the photo suggested. Holds the guitar fine though, so it's a small gripe.
Decent for the price, got a set of headphones for my laptop and they're fine. Took a bit of time to get a reply when I asked about the cable length, about two days, but the answer was helpful once it came. Delivery was quick.
