Been ordering from them for years now, mostly bits for my electric guitar and the occasional cable. Needed a new strap and some picks after a long break from playing, so I went looking. Everything is laid out sensibly and the delivery has always been reliable, nothing to grumble about.
Read moreThe delivery took ages for a set of mic stands I ordered, nearly two weeks when they said three to five days. The item itself is decent, stands are sturdy, but I had to chase it up through the site. Not the end of the world, though I'd have liked an update sooner.
Read moreReally pleased with my first order, a pair of studio monitors for my home set up. The ordering process was simple enough and the confirmation email came straight away. Delivery took a couple of days and the box was well protected. The only thing I'd mention is the returns page took a bit of finding, but the product itself is lovely and I'd happily order again.

Compared this against my usual music shop for a trumpet mouthpiece and the price here came out lower. The order itself was a bit slow to confirm, and when I got a query about my address it took a couple of days to sort out. The mouthpiece is fine and the postage was reasonable.
