This was my first order so I went with the air fryer, mostly because it was on offer. The box was well packed and the instructions were easy to follow, which I didn't expect. The quality feels solid for the money and the basket is a good size for two of us. Setup was simple and the first meal came out properly crispy, so I'm pleased with the purchase.
Read moreI needed a replacement part for my kitchen blender and was rather hoping to have it within the week. It did arrive, but it was closer to three weeks, and when I rang the customer line they were polite but could only tell me it was held up. I'm afraid that's not quite what I'd call efficient.
Read moreThe silicone spatula set I ordered is exactly what I'd been looking for, and it came in the usual neat little box I've come to expect from them. I've been buying from this lot for years now, mostly bits for the kitchen and the odd gift. The only thing is the postage took a day longer than the site said it would, but nothing that bothered me much.

Got a little desk lamp from them after my old one died and I needed something for uni. The checkout took about a minute which was nice, and the lamp turned up the next day with the bulb already in. It's a bit bright at the highest setting but you can dim it down so it's fine. Quick delivery, no fuss, I'd get something else from them.
I compared a few sets of bedside lamps before going for these, and this one gave me the brightness I wanted without the glare. The dimmer is smooth, which the cheaper ones I'd looked at weren't. Simple to put together, and the box was tidy when it arrived.
Needed a new hairdryer after mine packed up the night before a wedding so I was in a rush. Ordered it on the app and it came the next afternoon, which saved me. It's quiet, dries quickly and the heat settings are actually useful, so yeah, sorted, I'd get it again.
Verdict is they're very reliable. I've been buying garden tools here for years and the secateurs I got last spring are still going strong. Delivery has always been on time and the site has never given me any bother, so I'd order again.
Really good, got a set of phone cases and a charging cable for my brother's birthday. Site was dead simple to use and it turned up before the weekend like they said it would. Would use again tbh.
Ordered a dash cam from them on the bus home and it turned up in three days, which was quicker than I thought. The mount is a bit fiddly to fit to the windscreen but once it's on it stays put.
I bought the cordless stick vacuum after looking at a few options, mostly reading reviews on other sites first. This one came in at a better price than the others I'd looked at and the battery has lasted well so far. Packaging was tidy and everything was there, so I'm happy with it.
Verdict is that they're as dependable as ever. I've been ordering bird feeders and seed from here since well before the website was redone, and nothing has ever gone missing. The staff on the phone helped me sort out a wrong size last winter without any fuss, so I'd trust them again without a second thought.
Ordered the printer ink bundle from my phone on the bus and it was on the doorstep two days later, which was quicker than I expected. Checkout was easy enough even on a tiny screen, I didn't have to keep zooming in. Confirmation email came straight away with the tracking link, and the box was still in one piece when it arrived.
The cordless drill I bought is the best thing I've picked up here, and I've been a customer for a good while now. It has plenty of torque for the jobs round the house and the battery holds its charge well between uses. Delivery has been prompt on every order I've placed, and the site makes it easy to see what's in stock before you commit.
