This was my first order so I went with the air fryer, mostly because it was on offer. The box was well packed and the instructions were easy to follow, which I didn't expect. The quality feels solid for the money and the basket is a good size for two of us. Setup was simple and the first meal came out properly crispy, so I'm pleased with the purchase.
Read moreI needed a replacement part for my kitchen blender and was rather hoping to have it within the week. It did arrive, but it was closer to three weeks, and when I rang the customer line they were polite but could only tell me it was held up. I'm afraid that's not quite what I'd call efficient.
Read moreThe silicone spatula set I ordered is exactly what I'd been looking for, and it came in the usual neat little box I've come to expect from them. I've been buying from this lot for years now, mostly bits for the kitchen and the odd gift. The only thing is the postage took a day longer than the site said it would, but nothing that bothered me much.

Grabbed a pack of kitchen scales during my lunch break and they arrived the next day. Only niggle is I had to create an account first before I could check out.
Know my way around gadgets so I compared this against a couple of other retailers before buying the USB hub. Theirs came in a few quid cheaper once I'd checked shipping, which I thought was good. The hub works well with my laptop and the delivery was quick enough, just a small niggle that the listing photo shows a different finish.
Bought a silicone hob mat because I wanted something that wouldn't cost a fortune and actually stays put. The price was right and it's held up to a few weeks of heavy use, though it does smell a bit when first unwrapped. It's a sensible buy for the money, and I think the rest of the order was packed just as neatly.
I know the coffee grinder market pretty well, and compared with the big brands this one grinds more evenly for a lot less money. The only slight downside is the hopper lid is a touch stiff to get off, but otherwise the grind is consistent and the whole thing arrived quickly and well wrapped.
