This was my first order so I went with the air fryer, mostly because it was on offer. The box was well packed and the instructions were easy to follow, which I didn't expect. The quality feels solid for the money and the basket is a good size for two of us. Setup was simple and the first meal came out properly crispy, so I'm pleased with the purchase.
Read moreI needed a replacement part for my kitchen blender and was rather hoping to have it within the week. It did arrive, but it was closer to three weeks, and when I rang the customer line they were polite but could only tell me it was held up. I'm afraid that's not quite what I'd call efficient.
Read moreThe silicone spatula set I ordered is exactly what I'd been looking for, and it came in the usual neat little box I've come to expect from them. I've been buying from this lot for years now, mostly bits for the kitchen and the odd gift. The only thing is the postage took a day longer than the site said it would, but nothing that bothered me much.
Read moreI needed a spare charger for the car and wanted something cheap that would do the job. The price was fine, but the one I got felt a bit flimsy and the cable doesn't sit as snugly as I'd like. It works, I just wouldn't count on it lasting long.
I'd have said I know this area well and I compared it against the big electrical chain before ordering. Their price on the same kettle was a fair bit lower, and delivery here cost extra. The kettle itself is fine and the box arrived in one piece, just didn't feel like good value to me.
Needed a new monitor arm for work quick, so ordered one on my phone during a break. It arrived fine but the instructions were a bit vague and the clamp took ages to fit. Not the end of the world but took more faff than I'd like.
