I'll say straight away that the service was excellent. I had a question about a delivery date and a member of the team replied within the hour, very politely, and sorted it out without any fuss. I've not been shopping online for very long so I was a little nervous, but it was all quite clear and easy to follow. I shall certainly be ordering again.

It's also a little more expensive than similar tops I've seen elsewhere. Delivery took a week, which was longer than the site suggested, and the returns form was fiddly to fill in.
