I bought the bone china teaset for my mum and I know my ceramics, having worked in a kitchenware shop for years. The fine translucency is right and the handles are well finished. Weight and balance are good too. Delivery was careful and the set arrived intact.

Honestly a lovely dinner service and it's held up well through two years of family meals. The only niggle was that my replacement plate took a while to come through, about a fortnight, but they did sort it. Plates are still gorgeous on the table.
