I bought the bone china teaset for my mum and I know my ceramics, having worked in a kitchenware shop for years. The fine translucency is right and the handles are well finished. Weight and balance are good too. Delivery was careful and the set arrived intact.
Read moreBought the fireguard for our living room and it arrived in good time, which was a relief as the old one was falling apart. The price was a bit more than I'd seen on a couple of other sites, though, and I'd have liked a bit more info on fitting it before it turned up. Otherwise it does the job and the box was in one piece.

It arrived in a box with plenty of bubble wrap and the glass was perfect, no scratches or cracks. Pretty, cheap enough for a small gift, and the wrapping was nice too. She loved it.
