The filter on the left side saved me ages, I could narrow down to the exact size and colour I needed in about two clicks. Paid with my debit card, no account needed, and it came in three days which is about what they said. Happy with the value, the price was lower than the two places I checked first, and the packing was fine. Would order again.
Read moreOrdered a wireless mouse and it turned up fine but the returns bit was annoying. I wanted to send one back for a different colour and the label took ages to print and I had to wait for a reply. Not the end of the world but it could be quicker.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was how clearly the returns policy was set out before I had to ask anything. I ordered a set of kitchen towels and a small bread bin, and I'm pleased with both. I did find the account setup a little long-winded, but I'm not one to complain over a minor point. They sent everything as described and I've no real complaints about the service.
Read moreCompared to the other place I usually use this was miles easier, the checkout didn't make me sign up for anything. Got my trainers in a couple of days and they fit fine. Only thing is they're a bit dearer than some sellers but the speed made up for it. Would order again lol.
It's a good one, no complaints. Got the tote bag, looks just like the photos and the handles are sturdy. Came in a day, which was nice. Definitely getting another.
Honestly really happy with this one. Signed up to a bit of a cheap trainer deal and it was done in a couple of minutes, no faff. Delivery came early and the trainers fit fine. Would use again for sure.

Got the wireless gaming headset and the box was really neat. Sound is decent for the money and the mic is clear enough for mates. Took about three days. Easy.
Had a birthday on Saturday and totally forgot until Thursday. Needed something quick and this had a candle set that could still arrive in time. It did, Friday morning. Gift wrapped it too, which saved me. Lifesaver.

I've been ordering from them since the early days, and compared with the newer sites they still beat most on range and returns. The garden tools I bought last spring were exactly what I wanted. Delivery has stayed reliable, and I've never had to chase anything. Long-standing customer, and I expect to stay one.
My old case cracked on the bus so I needed something fast. Looked at a few places first and this one had the cheapest decent option. Ordered Monday, it turned up Wednesday. Happy with it.
The drill bit set has a case that actually stays shut, which I didn't expect. Been a regular customer for a long time now. Arrived quick and the sizes were all there. Fine.
