The filter on the left side saved me ages, I could narrow down to the exact size and colour I needed in about two clicks. Paid with my debit card, no account needed, and it came in three days which is about what they said. Happy with the value, the price was lower than the two places I checked first, and the packing was fine. Would order again.
Read moreOrdered a wireless mouse and it turned up fine but the returns bit was annoying. I wanted to send one back for a different colour and the label took ages to print and I had to wait for a reply. Not the end of the world but it could be quicker.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was how clearly the returns policy was set out before I had to ask anything. I ordered a set of kitchen towels and a small bread bin, and I'm pleased with both. I did find the account setup a little long-winded, but I'm not one to complain over a minor point. They sent everything as described and I've no real complaints about the service.

I'd been looking at a few places for a new office chair, and this one was the middle option on price. The chair itself is fine but the arms wobbled out of the box and it took a fair bit of fiddling to tighten them. Delivery was on time, though the phone number I rang on the day went straight to a voicemail that was full. Got there in the end.
