The filter on the left side saved me ages, I could narrow down to the exact size and colour I needed in about two clicks. Paid with my debit card, no account needed, and it came in three days which is about what they said. Happy with the value, the price was lower than the two places I checked first, and the packing was fine. Would order again.
Read moreOrdered a wireless mouse and it turned up fine but the returns bit was annoying. I wanted to send one back for a different colour and the label took ages to print and I had to wait for a reply. Not the end of the world but it could be quicker.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was how clearly the returns policy was set out before I had to ask anything. I ordered a set of kitchen towels and a small bread bin, and I'm pleased with both. I did find the account setup a little long-winded, but I'm not one to complain over a minor point. They sent everything as described and I've no real complaints about the service.
Read moreCompared with the site I normally use for vitamins, this one had a clearer checkout and the subscription was easy to set up. Got my order a couple of days later. The tub was a bit smaller than I expected for the price, but the product is good. Would order again.
Bought the scented candles, same as last time, and they burn evenly like always. I've bought from here for years so I know what I'm getting. The only niggle is the packaging took a while to open. Good as ever.
Bought a phone charger from them last week because mine packed up. Took a bit longer than I wanted to get it, about four days when they said three. Works fine though, nothing wrong with it.
Pretty good actually, the site was easy to use and I got my hoodie in a few days. Only thing is it was a bit more than I'd pay on a certain other site, so I'd shop around first. Still fine though, I'd probably order again.
Compared with the big high street shops, this was a bit cheaper for the same handbag, and the leather looks just as good. I've been a customer for a long time and I've never had a problem. The return took a few days to refund, which was slower than I'd have liked. Otherwise a very pleasant experience.
Ordered the stand mixer in the end, the 5 litre one, after months of going back and forth. I've used a few of these over the years so I know what to look for, and the motor and bowl feel properly sturdy. Box arrived a day later than they said, nothing dramatic. Good find, would sort of recommend it to anyone baking regularly.
The cushions I ordered for the garden chairs are a lovely weight and the colour is exactly as shown. I did wonder about the fabric at first, but it has held up well. Delivery was a little slower than I'd hoped, though the tracking was kept up to date. Pleasant enough to deal with.
Needed a replacement cable in a hurry, so I ordered it while queuing for the train. The app made it simple to do on my phone, and it arrived the next morning. The cable itself is a little stiff but it works.
