Slate House

Honestly the easiest online order I have made in ages. Put a jumper in the basket, paid, and it turned up two days later in a proper box with the tissue paper still folded. Checkout took about a minute and I didn't have to make an account first, which I appreciated. Will be back for sure, the sizing guide was spot on too.

Compared to the other place I was looking at, ordering here took far less time, the basket saves between visits and the checkout doesn't keep asking for the same details. The mug I bought came packed well and nothing chipped. Good experience, I'll be back.

I needed a birthday present for my sister quickly, so I compared a couple of gift shops and a department store site first. This one had the candle set I wanted in stock with gift wrap included, which the others charged extra for. Ordering took two minutes and it came gift wrapped with a card. She loved it.

The best bit was the little case that came with them, it's actually nice. The shades look just like the photos and the lenses feel decent. Arrived quicker than I expected too. Love them, got another pair already.

I needed a set of drill bits for a job at home and didn't want to pay the hardware shop prices. The bits are good quality for the money and the box is strong enough to keep them organised. Delivery was next day and everything was accounted for. Good value and quick to sort.

I bought a silver necklace as a treat for myself, my first time ordering from them. The packaging was lovely, a little drawstring pouch and a small card. It arrived a day early and the chain felt sturdy. Checkout was straightforward and I got a confirmation email straight away.

I'd been looking at a few options for a set of linen napkins, and this site compared favourably with the department store I usually use. The price was noticeably lower for the same weight of linen, and the colours matched the photos. I was grateful that nothing was missing from the parcel. It is a simple, agreeable way to shop.

I ordered a set of pillows for my spare room and they were despatched promptly, arriving a fortnight before I expected them. The fill is plump and they are nicely presented. The customer team answered my query about the tog rating within the hour, which I thought very helpful. I shall certainly order from them again.

Ordered the white trainers on a Friday night and they were here Monday, no complaints. Super easy to track on the app. Sizing was true to size for me. Good stuff, will get another pair.

I compared a few cases for my new phone and this one had the exact model listed with a clear photo. The spec sheet showed the button cutouts, which was the deciding factor for me. Ordering was quick and it arrived the next morning. Fits like a glove.

I ordered a lambswool cardigan in a navy shade and it arrived within the week, which I was pleased about. The sleeves are a touch longer than I expected but the fit through the shoulders is very good. The wrapping was tidy and there was a handwritten note tucked inside. A pleasant experience from start to finish.
