Honestly the easiest online order I have made in ages. Put a jumper in the basket, paid, and it turned up two days later in a proper box with the tissue paper still folded. Checkout took about a minute and I didn't have to make an account first, which I appreciated. Will be back for sure, the sizing guide was spot on too.
Read moreWe needed a replacement kitchen tap before the weekend, so I checked three other sites first and this was the only one that listed it as in stock. It wasn't really, it came up as backordered at the end of checkout and then took nine days to arrive. Customer service said they couldn't speed it up. The tap itself is fine, but I'd have gone elsewhere if I'd known.
Read moreCompared to the big furniture chain down the road, this site was easier to order from and the price on the bookshelf was a fair bit lower. I've been buying from them for about six years now. The only niggle is the delivery window, they give you a four hour slot and the driver rang at the wrong time once. Otherwise pretty solid, they've never sent anything damaged.
Read moreThis is a good place to pick up a basic set of socks and the price is hard to argue with. The quality is what you'd expect for the money, the seams aren't amazing. Delivery came the next working day. Good enough for what I needed.
