I bought a wool throw for the sofa and it has become a firm favourite. It arrived folded neatly in tissue paper and the colour is exactly as shown. I've bought from them several times over the years and this is one of the best purchases I've made from them.

This is the best online place I've used for cheap wardrobe basics. Ordering took two minutes, I got a confirmation straight away, and the jeans fit well. Would happily use it again.

My old bread maker finally gave up after many years of loyal service, so I needed a replacement quickly. The site made it easy to find a model with a good warranty and the order was simple. Everything arrived in good order.

The tracking is what I'd point to, it updates properly every step, not just when it's dispatched. Had a parcel on a lunch break and I could see the van was two stops away. Quick, clear and no faff.

I've been buying running kit online for years and the size guide here is one of the more accurate ones I've used. My usual size in the compression tights fitted exactly, which is rarer than it should be. Fabric feels decent after a few washes and the price was fair for what you get. Would order from them again without a second thought.

My daughter needed new school shoes in a hurry after her old pair split. I went online at night and found a pair she liked in her size, and the checkout was quick. They turned up two days later and she has worn them every day since.

The search actually understood what I typed, which I didn't expect from a site I'd never used before. Looked for a set of linen napkins for a dinner party and the filters let me narrow it to natural colours without scrolling for ages. Checkout was quick too, saved my card and I was done in a few minutes. Really happy with how it went for a first try.

Compared with the shop I used to go to, this is far easier to find things on. I've been a regular for years and the filters on the site have improved a lot. Saves me a lot of time when I want a specific kitchen gadget.

Got my first order in the post last week, a kettle and a pack of mugs. The box it came in was sturdy and nicely packed, nothing rattled. The kettle works fine and the mugs arrived unbroken.

Honestly one of the easiest online orders I have done. Signed up in a couple of minutes, the checkout didn't ask me for anything weird, and the whole thing was sorted before my kettle boiled. Will be back for sure, I'd say it's a good place to start if you're nervous about trying a new site.

I've been using them for about six years now. Compared with the big supermarket websites they're usually a few quid cheaper on the same kind of thing, and the account still remembers my sizes and my usual brands. Delivery has been reliable every time I've used them.
