I bought a wool throw for the sofa and it has become a firm favourite. It arrived folded neatly in tissue paper and the colour is exactly as shown. I've bought from them several times over the years and this is one of the best purchases I've made from them.
Read moreI've shopped with them for years but this last order was a mess. One item was damaged on arrival and when I tried to get a refund the return form kept failing on the final step. It was almost a week before anyone answered my emails and by then I'd nearly given up on the money.
Read moreI checked three of the big sites before ordering and this one came out cheapest for the same bedding set. Delivery was a day slower than I'd hoped, but they sent a message to say so, which I appreciated. Read moreI bought the hall runner rug from them in March. It arrived a good week later than the date shown at checkout, and nobody told me until I rang. The rug itself is lovely and the price was fair, so I'm not too cross.
Bought a pair of walking trousers and the waist on the size chart was a bit generous compared with what arrived. I ended up sending them back, which was fine, but I had to chase a label. The stock info is handy though.
