I bought a wool throw for the sofa and it has become a firm favourite. It arrived folded neatly in tissue paper and the colour is exactly as shown. I've bought from them several times over the years and this is one of the best purchases I've made from them.
Read moreI've shopped with them for years but this last order was a mess. One item was damaged on arrival and when I tried to get a refund the return form kept failing on the final step. It was almost a week before anyone answered my emails and by then I'd nearly given up on the money.
Read moreI checked three of the big sites before ordering and this one came out cheapest for the same bedding set. Delivery was a day slower than I'd hoped, but they sent a message to say so, which I appreciated. The set is soft and the price difference is decent enough that I'd happily order from them again, though I might check the delivery dates before I pay next time.

I ordered a wool coat from them in the autumn. It came exactly as shown on the pictures and the fabric is lovely. I did think it was a bit more than I'd find elsewhere, though it's the kind of coat I'll wear for years.
Needed a new charger for the work laptop before a trip, my old one had died on the Monday. Found it on the app, ordered in the lunch break and it got here the next afternoon. Only niggle was the app kept logging me out while I was paying.
Compared with my usual supermarket order these were a fair bit cheaper for the same brand of tinned goods and cleaning stuff. Delivery slot was a bit limited, I had to wait a few days for a free one. Still worth it for the saving.
Needed trainers for a gig on Saturday so ordered on Wednesday. Got them Thursday, which was class. Cheaper than the place I normally use too, so yeah, happy with that.
Pretty good all round tbh. Ordered a hoodie, took about four days, which is fine. Only thing is the delivery text came through super late so I missed it first time round lol.
