Compared to the catalogue I used to get, this site is far easier on the eyes and the search actually works. I've been a customer since before the app came out and I've stuck with them through the changes. They still send a proper paper receipt with the parcel, which I like. Still my first choice.

Ordered a replacement drill battery and it's the one I needed, fits perfectly. Would've taken me ages to find it anywhere else. Delivery came next day and the price was fair. Done.

Honestly this is the best place I've found for the spec you get for the money. I've been buying cables and adapters from them for years and I know what to look for. Everything is labelled properly and the product pages show the real connector types, which saves me a lot of guessing. Would not go anywhere else for this.

Compared to the big brand sites this does the same job for less. I've been buying printer ink and paper from them for years so I know the product pages well. Ordering is quick and the stock listings are accurate. Nothing to complain about.

Got the bike lock I'd been eyeing up, the one with the thick shackle. I know my locks and this is solid for the money. Checkout was quick and it arrived in a day or two. No complaints at all.

Had a look at three other sites for a replacement cafetiere before settling on this one. The price was the lowest of the lot and the checkout was simple with no account needed. It arrived the day after I ordered, nicely wrapped. Would buy from them again.

I needed a birthday present for my sister and I'd forgotten until the weekend before. Ordered something on here at lunchtime and it was with me by Friday. The gift wrap option saved me doing it myself at the last minute. Quick and easy.

My old kettle packed in the week before the holiday and I needed something cheap that would arrive before we left. Found one on here for a good bit less than the high street. It turned up two days later in a sturdy box and works fine so far. Good value for what it is.

I've been ordering from them for about six years now and it's miles better than the shop I used before. The prices are fair and the staff on the phone are patient with me. Never had a problem yet.

Ordered a new phone case on the bus home and it was on my doormat two days later which is quicker than I expected. Checkout was dead simple, just my card and address and I was done. The case fits the phone properly, no gaps round the edges. Would order again, mainly because I can do it from my phone in about a minute while waiting for my stop.

We needed a few bits for the nursery before the baby came so I was after something quick and well priced. I'd never ordered from them before but the bundle looked like good value. The items came packed well and everything was there. Felt like a fair price for what we got.
