Compared to the catalogue I used to get, this site is far easier on the eyes and the search actually works. I've been a customer since before the app came out and I've stuck with them through the changes. They still send a proper paper receipt with the parcel, which I like. Still my first choice.

Bought a hoodie from them and it's decent enough. The sizing chart was a bit off for me so I had to go up a size. Took ages to get the return sorted when it didn't fit though, the form kept timing out. Fabric's alright.
Bought my first thing from them, a desk lamp. Picture on the site looked a bit brighter than the lamp in real life, and the cable was shorter than I expected. Still does the job but I wouldn't rush to order again.
