Compared to the other shopping app I use this one loads quicker and the order history is easy to find. Placed a quick order for some phone cases from my bus stop. Delivery was next day, though the tracking only updated at the end so I was a bit in the dark. Happy enough with it.

I bought a set of storage tubs for my flat, my first time ordering from them. The order itself was simple enough and the checkout didn't ask for loads of details. Delivery took a bit longer than the estimate said, though, so I was checking the tracking every day. Once they arrived everything was fine.

I looked at a couple of other places first and this one was a few quid more for the same kit. The site was easy to use and the order went through without any fuss. Delivery was on time and the box was in one piece. Would probably check the price on another site before buying.

Bought a pack of picture hooks and a small shelf from them when I was redoing the spare room. The price was a few quid under the big DIY chains, which is why I went for it. Ordering was straightforward and the delivery came in four days, which was fine. The shelf needed a bit more fiddling with the brackets than the instructions suggested, so I took off a point. Would probably order again for small bits.

This is one of the better places I've found for kitchen tools and I've bought from them several times now. The prices are sensible and the product pages give proper measurements, which I appreciate. My only gripe is that the delivery slot I picked wasn't available on the day I wanted. Would still order from them again.

My old laptop bag had split at the zip so I needed a replacement before my commute. I already know the brand and sizes, so I checked the dimensions carefully. The bag is well made and fits my laptop snugly. Only thing is the courier missed my first delivery window, so I had to wait another day.
