I bought a bedside lamp for my new flat and it arrived in good condition with the bulb already fitted. The wrapping was a bit excessive for something so small, but that's a minor thing. Setting it up took two minutes and the light is exactly what I wanted for reading in bed. Would order from them again.
Read moreOrdered a pair of trainers and the wrong size came, which is fine, these things happen. Sent it back and the return label took about four days to show up in my account, then I had to chase them by email. Eventually sorted and the refund went through, but the whole thing was longer than it needed to be. The trainers themselves are comfy though.
Read moreWe had damp coming through the utility room wall and I needed something that would actually shift the moisture rather than just sit there. I've been using their range for a while and this one is quiet, empties the tank at a sensible rate and the filter is easy to clean. Nothing bad to say about it, and the price matched what others were charging for similar units.
Read moreOrdered the jacket on Monday evening and it was at my door by Wednesday, which I didn't expect. The sizing was right and the fabric feels good. Very happy with it.
I keep reordering the same refill pouches from them because they're the only ones I've found that arrive in the same packaging every time. Been a customer for about six years now. The order always lands when they say it will.

I needed a second drill for a kitchen refit and didn't want to spend a fortune. I know my way around power tools so I checked the specs carefully before ordering. The one I got has a solid chuck and a good battery, and the price was competitive for what you get.
I picked up a cordless kettle from here and it's been on the counter every morning since. The box was well padded and everything was in one piece, which is more than I can say for some places. Price was fair for what you get, and the tracking updates were spot on the whole way.
The first thing I noticed this time was the order confirmation came through within a minute, same as it always does. I've been a customer since they started out and they've never let me down on the basics. Prices are steady and the site is still easy to get around. Stuff turns up when it says it will.
Honestly it was a great first experience, the checkout was quick and the order turned up in two days. I'd been nervous about ordering from somewhere new but it all went smoothly.
Ordered for the first time last week and it was simple from start to finish. The checkout didn't ask for loads of details and the confirmation email came straight away. Yes, I'd use them again.
Booking through them was miles easier than the other app I usually use, no endless pop ups asking me to sign up. Got my tickets for a gig in about two minutes and the confirmation came straight away. Would do it again honestly.
