I bought a bedside lamp for my new flat and it arrived in good condition with the bulb already fitted. The wrapping was a bit excessive for something so small, but that's a minor thing. Setting it up took two minutes and the light is exactly what I wanted for reading in bed. Would order from them again.
Read moreOrdered a pair of trainers and the wrong size came, which is fine, these things happen. Sent it back and the return label took about four days to show up in my account, then I had to chase them by email. Eventually sorted and the refund went through, but the whole thing was longer than it needed to be. The trainers themselves are comfy though.
Read moreWe had damp coming through the utility room wall and I needed something that would actually shift the moisture rather than just sit there. I've been using their range for a while and this one is quiet, empties the tank at a sensible rate and the filter is easy to clean. Nothing bad to say about it, and the price matched what others were charging for similar units.

Ordered a pair of headphones and they took over a week to show up, which was annoying since the page said two to three days. Price was fine though, cheaper than the usual places. Ended up being ok but I wouldn't rush to order again.
I compared the price with my local chemist first and found the same bottle of tablets cost me noticeably less here, which was the main reason I switched. The checkout asked me to create an account before I could see the total, and I found that rather tiresome. Delivery came in the usual two days and everything was in order, so I have no real complaints.
