I bought a bedside lamp for my new flat and it arrived in good condition with the bulb already fitted. The wrapping was a bit excessive for something so small, but that's a minor thing. Setting it up took two minutes and the light is exactly what I wanted for reading in bed. Would order from them again.

Sent it back and the return label took about four days to show up in my account, then I had to chase them by email. Eventually sorted and the refund went through, but the whole thing was longer than it needed to be. The trainers themselves are comfy though.
Read moreWe had damp coming through the utility room wall and I needed something that would actually shift the moisture rather than just sit there. I've been using their range for a while and this one is quiet, empties the tank at a sensible rate and the filter is easy to clean. Nothing bad to say about it, and the price matched what others were charging for similar units.

Needed a replacement charger for the laptop after mine died on a work trip, so I went looking for something quick. Found one here and ordered it first thing. Bit pricier than the cheap ones on marketplaces but the lead is much sturdier and it came next day.
Still my first choice for printer ink and I've been buying from them since they first started. The prices have crept up a little over the years but the orders still arrive on time and the packaging is always neat. Support has been helpful when I've had questions.
I did compare it with the high street first and found the same chair for about a fifth more in store, so I went with the website. Ordering was simple enough, though I did have to ring once to check a delivery window. Everything arrived in good order and I'm pleased with it.
