I have been ordering from this site since about 2016 and it has never let me down. The account page still remembers my address and saved card, so reordering takes a minute. Delivery has been reliable every time I've used them, with the tracking updates being accurate right up to the door.

My old charger died on the train and I needed a replacement for the work trip. Ordered it at lunch and it came next morning. Works fine, cable feels solid, job done.

I would say this is a dependable place to shop for kitchen linens. I ordered a set of tea towels and they were exactly as shown on the site. The checkout was straightforward and I had no difficulty at all with my card. I shall certainly be back.

Bought the grey running trainers on Sunday night while waiting for the kettle to boil. Arrived Wednesday in a proper box. Only niggle is the size guide runs a touch small so I went up half a size, but they're comfy now and the price was fair.

This was my first time ordering from them so I was a bit nervous about returns. The packing slip had a clear returns address and the instructions were easy to follow. The item arrived well wrapped in tissue paper with a little note inside, which was a nice touch. Everything matched the photos and I'd happily order from them again.

I bought a pair of cushion covers for the garden chairs. They arrived in good time and the colour is exactly as pictured on the site. I was glad to find the zips were well finished and the seams straight.

I needed something for a wedding on Saturday and everything in town was sold out. Found this site, got a dress that fit and it turned up Thursday. Super easy, would order again.

I bought the electric kettle to replace my old one. It arrived promptly and the boil is quick. The only thing I would mention is the cable is a little shorter than I would like, but otherwise it is a good buy.

I ordered a knitted jumper for a gift and the delivery took longer than the estimate, which was the only thing that bugged me. Once it arrived the knit was thick and the colour matched the photos. I was given no update for a few days so I had to chase it, but it turned up in the end and was lovely.

I checked three other sites for a set of bike lights before buying here, and this was the one with the best price and clearest specs. Arrived quickly and the lights are bright. Nothing to complain about.

I compared the price of a basic toolbox with a well known brand and this was a good deal cheaper for the same spec. The lid hinges are sturdy and it came through the post without a dent. Good value all round for what I paid.

What struck me most was how sturdy the bamboo organiser felt when it arrived. It was packed with care and the instructions were clear enough for me to fit it together without fuss. The whole thing was very pleasant to deal with.

Honestly one of the better online shops I've used. Ordered on my phone at lunch, the checkout was dead easy and it turned up two days later. Would definitely order again, the prices are fair for what you get.

I had been comparing this against the high street and two other online shops before I bought. The price on the same jacket was a few pounds lower here and the returns page was clearer. It arrived well packed and fitted as expected.

My old gym bag ripped so I needed a new one before the weekend. Got this one on Friday and it was with me by Monday. Zips are smooth and it fits my kit easily.

The size guide on the product page matched my measurements exactly, which is rare. The fabric is a proper weight and the stitching on the seams looks neat. Ordered my usual size and it fitted without any alterations needed.

My sister's birthday was coming up and I needed something special without spending too much. I chose a scarf and it arrived in a lovely little box. It was just what I wanted and I was grateful for the gift wrap option.

Going by price alone this was the cheapest option for a decent wool throw, and I did not expect the quality to be so good. The fabric is soft and the colour is rich. Delivery took three days and the parcel was well protected. For the money it is hard to beat.

I'd been looking at the big high street site for the same thing and this was a few pounds less for the identical item. The order went through without any bother and it came in a plain box. Postage was a bit slow, about four working days, but the price made up for it.

I had thought of buying a new garden hose from the local hardware shop but found this one cheaper with a longer warranty. It came promptly and the fittings are solid brass. A sensible purchase.
