I have been ordering from this site since about 2016 and it has never let me down. The account page still remembers my address and saved card, so reordering takes a minute. Delivery has been reliable every time I've used them, with the tracking updates being accurate right up to the door.
Read moreI ordered a knitted jumper for a gift and the delivery took longer than the estimate, which was the only thing that bugged me. Once it arrived the knit was thick and the colour matched the photos. I was given no update for a few days so I had to chase it, but it turned up in the end and was lovely.
Read moreThis was my first time ordering from them so I was a bit nervous about returns. The packing slip had a clear returns address and the instructions were easy to follow. The item arrived well wrapped in tissue paper with a little note inside, which was a nice touch. Everything matched the photos and I'd happily order from them again.

I bought the electric kettle to replace my old one. It arrived promptly and the boil is quick. The only thing I would mention is the cable is a little shorter than I would like, but otherwise it is a good buy.

I'd been looking at the big high street site for the same thing and this was a few pounds less for the identical item. The order went through without any bother and it came in a plain box. Postage was a bit slow, about four working days, but the price made up for it.
