Had a look at a rival site first and this one came out cheaper once the fees were added, which is why I went with it. The checkout was quick and the e-tickets came through right away. Seats were where I expected. Pleased with it.
Read moreI've used this site for my theatre tickets for years now, mostly for the matinee shows at the local playhouse. The last couple of times the seat selection was a bit slow to load and I had to refresh the page twice. The confirmation still came through fine though, and the tickets were on the app when I got home. I'd like the booking to be a bit quicker, but I've not been let down on a show yet.
Read moreWe needed tickets for my daughter's birthday show and wanted the day sorted before the weekend. The date we wanted was going fast so I had to act quickly. The booking part was fine and I liked that it kept my details saved for next time. The only thing that irked me was the fees popping up at the last step, I'd have liked to see them earlier. Tickets came through on the app within a minute of…
Read moreThe seat map was the first thing I noticed and it actually shows the row numbers clearly. Booked two for the football on the bus, took about two minutes. Tickets in the app already, no faff.

Checked three sites before booking and this was the one I ended up with, and I'd say it's the best of the lot. The price was clear from the start, no surprises at checkout. Tickets for the match arrived in seconds and the seats were exactly what I picked. Easy choice.
I needed a ticket for my son's show at short notice and had to get it sorted quickly from my phone. The site had a seat free and I booked it in a few taps. The confirmation landed in my inbox straight away and it was all there when we got to the venue. Got me out of a tight spot.
Easiest booking I've done for a long time. Compared with the other sites I looked at it was the least fussy and the price was lower too. Tickets arrived quickly and the seats were right.
What I liked most was the seat view preview, which I hadn't seen on the other sites I checked. Picked a spot at the side of the stalls and it was exactly as shown. Pricing was fair compared with the rest and the tickets came through right away. Good stuff.
Compared with the other platforms I know, the seat picker here is clearer and shows you the row before you commit. Booked for a West End show and the seats were spot on. Checkout took no time at all. Happy with it.
Honestly best way I've booked tickets in ages, the checkout took about two minutes and the confirmation came through straight away. Got my seats for the gig no bother. Would use again.
Way better than the other ticket app I used before, which kept crashing when I tried to pick seats. This one just works and the seat choice was easy. Got my tickets for the festival and felt nice being able to sort it quickly.
I looked at three other ticket sites before settling on this one for a comedy night. Prices were close across the board but this came out a bit cheaper once everything was added up. The seat picker shows you the view from the row before you pay which the others didn't. Booking took a couple of minutes and the email confirmation arrived straight away.
