Had a look at a rival site first and this one came out cheaper once the fees were added, which is why I went with it. The checkout was quick and the e-tickets came through right away. Seats were where I expected. Pleased with it.
Read moreI've used this site for my theatre tickets for years now, mostly for the matinee shows at the local playhouse. The last couple of times the seat selection was a bit slow to load and I had to refresh the page twice. The confirmation still came through fine though, and the tickets were on the app when I got home. I'd like the booking to be a bit quicker, but I've not been let down on a show yet.

The booking part was fine and I liked that it kept my details saved for next time. The only thing that irked me was the fees popping up at the last step, I'd have liked to see them earlier. Read moreCompared it with the big ticket resale site first and the fees here were noticeably lower for the same seats. Booking was simple and the tickets landed in my app quickly. Good value for a Saturday night out.
I needed the cheapest decent seats I could get for a band I'd been waiting to see, so I was watching prices closely. The fees took a bit of the shine off the total, and I had to wait a short while for the confirmation to come through. Otherwise the seats were what I paid for and the tickets worked at the door. Would consider it again.
Grabbed two seats for a play on the train home and it took maybe five minutes. Tickets showed up in the app before I got off. Only thing I'd change is the fee at the end, it's a bit steep, but otherwise sound.

Booked tickets for a gig with my mates and the whole thing was done in the app within a couple of minutes. The tickets went straight to my phone. Fees were a bit more than I'd have liked but nothing dramatic.
