Had a look at a rival site first and this one came out cheaper once the fees were added, which is why I went with it. The checkout was quick and the e-tickets came through right away. Seats were where I expected. Pleased with it.
Read moreI've used this site for my theatre tickets for years now, mostly for the matinee shows at the local playhouse. The last couple of times the seat selection was a bit slow to load and I had to refresh the page twice. The confirmation still came through fine though, and the tickets were on the app when I got home. I'd like the booking to be a bit quicker, but I've not been let down on a show yet.

Read moreBooked two tickets for a football match on my phone during my lunch break. The booking itself was quick enough but the email with the tickets didn't arrive until the next morning, which was a bit stressful. Got in fine in the end, just wish it had been instant.
We needed a last minute pair of tickets for a festival my brother was playing at, so I was after something quick. The site was fine to use and the checkout didn't take long. The only niggle was the booking fee which I didn't spot until the final screen, and I'd have liked it shown earlier. Tickets came through by email within the hour, which was good enough for me.
The tickets arrived and the event was fine, so nothing to complain about on that front. My main gripe is the booking fees, which only showed up at the final step and made the total a fair bit more than the face value. The site itself is easy enough to use once you know where things are.
