The rug I bought for the lounge is lovely and the colour is just as I wanted. It took longer to arrive than the estimate suggested, nearly two weeks, and I had to ring up to check where it was. Once it turned up, the rug was in good nick and I've had no problems since. I've been a customer for years so I'll probably order again.
