Better than the big chain

Compared it with ordering from one of the big chain supermarkets and this was way fresher, the leaves weren't limp at all. Went with the basil and the coriander. Delivery was quick and the box was easy to open. Would order again.

way better than the supermarket

Compared to buying my herbs at the supermarket these are way bigger and actually last more than a couple of days in the fridge. Got a pot of mint and a pot of coriander and both are still going strong. Super easy to order, will be doing it again.

Cheaper than the garden centre

Compared it with the garden centre down the road and the same tray of bedding plants was a fair bit cheaper here, even with postage. Delivery took three days and the plants were healthy. Not much else to say really.

good value for the money

Really good value for the money, the bedding plants came to noticeably less than the garden centre would charge for the same trays. Postage was reasonable too. Plants were in good condition and the soil was moist. Checkout was quick and the tracking worked. Will be ordering the trays again next spring.

tried a few places before this one

I'd looked at two other sites and a local nursery before picking this one, mostly on price and the photos. The plant I got was a little smaller than the photo suggested but it's healthy and the roots were good. Order was easy and it came in about four days. Slight niggle that the description could be clearer about size.

Needed some colour for the office

Needed something to brighten up my desk at work and figured a cactus would survive me forgetting about it. Ordered a little one in a pot and it turned up in good shape. Checkout was quick and I got a shipping update through the app. It's sat there happily ever since and honestly I'm chuffed with it.

Decent range but seed packs are thin

The first thing I noticed was how small the seed packets are compared with what I'm used to from a garden centre, which is a shame at the price. The range itself is good though, plenty of heritage varieties and the germination info is clear. Worth knowing before you order a big batch of anything.

First order was a good one

Ordered a little potted basil plant as a first order and it arrived in good nick, roots were fine and it's been thriving on my windowsill since. Packaging was tidy and the tracking worked the whole way.

nice plants, quick order

Ordered a few houseplants on a whim after seeing them on my feed and they're honestly really nice. The order went through quickly and the tracking updates were handy. Pots were a little smaller than I expected but the plants are healthy and I'm happy with them.

half the price of the garden centre

Compared with buying the same hanging basket at the garden centre, this was roughly half the price and it arrived fuller than I expected. The plants were healthy and the trailing petunias have really filled out. Ordering was simple and the confirmation email came straight away. Delivery took four days but the basket wasn't damaged in transit. Good value for what you get.

Needed a birthday pot for my flatmate

Needed something for my flatmate's birthday last minute and didn't fancy the usual flowers. Went for a little trailing plant in a pot, ordered on the Thursday and it turned up Saturday morning which was fine. Only niggle is the pot had a crack in the rim, nothing serious but I did have to message them about it. They replied within the hour and sorted a replacement pot though, so no complaints really. Would order again.

plant was dead on arrival

Ordered a fern and it arrived with a couple of leaves already brown and the compost bone dry. Sent a photo to the support team and got a reply after three days asking for more pictures. The return form was fiddly to fill in on my phone and I'm still waiting for the replacement. Not impressed.

Lavender for the front border

I ordered a set of lavender plants for the front border in the spring. They arrived very well packed, each one wrapped and sitting upright, which I was grateful for as the weather had been poor. The plants were healthy and have settled in nicely since. I found the ordering process straightforward and the confirmation email was clear about when they would be dispatched. I would be happy to order from them again.

Lavender plants were lovely

I ordered a few lavender plants for the front border and they were very well packed when they arrived. The plants were full and had a lovely scent straight away. I did find the delivery slot took rather longer to be confirmed than I would have liked, but the plants were in fine condition. I'm pleased with them.

very pleased with my order

I would say this is a well run business and I am pleased with my order of hardy perennials. The plants arrived in good condition and the instructions for planting were helpful. I shall certainly be ordering again.

Needed a gift quick

I needed a plant for my mum's birthday and was stuck for ideas, so I went for a small succulent in a ceramic pot. It arrived with a little card and the note was spelt right, which I didn't expect. The packaging was cardboard with bits of paper inside, all fine. My one gripe is the delivery window was a whole day so I had to wait in, which was a bit annoying. She loved it though, so result.

first time ordering, pretty smooth

This was my first time buying plants online so I wasn't sure what to expect. The bundle I got was a nice mix of herbs and the pots were sturdy enough. What stood out was the little care guide slipped in with each one, which saved me googling everything. Took a few days to arrive but no complaints.

wanted something for the bathroom

Wanted a plant for the bathroom because the window's tiny and I figured something low light would be fine. Got a little snake plant and it's grown a bit already. Delivery was slower than the estimate, a couple of days late, which was a bit annoying. Otherwise it's alright.
