Compared it with ordering from one of the big chain supermarkets and this was way fresher, the leaves weren't limp at all. Went with the basil and the coriander. Delivery was quick and the box was easy to open. Would order again.

The return form was fiddly to fill in on my phone and I'm still waiting for the replacement. Not impressed.

I ordered a few lavender plants for the front border and they were very well packed when they arrived. The plants were full and had a lovely scent straight away. I did find the delivery slot took rather longer to be confirmed than I would have liked, but the plants were in fine condition. I'm pleased with them.

The packaging was cardboard with bits of paper inside, all fine. My one gripe is the delivery window was a whole day so I had to wait in, which was a bit annoying. She loved it though, so result.
