I've been a customer for several years now and this is the one I always come back to first. The quality has stayed the same, which is more than I can say for some other brands I used to buy. Recent orders have turned up consistently in good time and the returns process is simple enough when something doesn't suit. I've bought gifts for friends too.

Compared it with a couple of other online places before ordering and this one came out ahead for the price of the knitwear. The yarn feels much nicer than what I got from the big chains last year. Ordering was quick and I didn't have to make an account. Fabric is a bit thicker than the photos suggest, which I liked.
