The first thing I noticed was how clear the sizing chart was, which I appreciated as I'm never sure with online orders. I ordered a skirt in the medium and it fitted well. The only small niggle was that the delivery took a little longer than I'd hoped, around five working days, but the item was well packed and arrived in good condition.
I'd looked at a few places before buying a blazer and this one felt like the best deal for the cut. The lining is smooth and the shoulders sit right. The only thing is the returns form was a bit fiddly to find on the site, took me a while to work out where to start. Otherwise happy with it.
Shirts are excellent, the cotton is nice and the collar keeps its shape after a wash. The site is pretty clear about what sizes are in stock. Took longer than I expected to get a reply when I asked about a return, around three days. Shirts are the best I've bought online.
