The tracking updates were spot on, I could see exactly when it left the warehouse and when it would be with me. Ordered on the bus, sorted in two minutes. Would do it again.

Bought a cordless drill set from them last month and it arrived in two days with the charger and both batteries. Price was the lowest I could find for the same kit, and the checkout was quick. Nothing to moan about for the money.

Been ordering from them for about six years now and they have never let me down. The site is easy to get round, the stock is where it should be and my usual order turns up when they say it will. I've tried a couple of rivals over that time and always come back here, mostly because nothing has ever gone wrong with an order and I don't have to think about it.

I compared this against a high street chain for a set of storage boxes, and this site was a bit cheaper once postage was included. The boxes are sturdy and the lids fit tightly. The checkout was slightly slower than I'd like and I had to re-enter my address once, but once I got through it the order was fine and the boxes arrived in good nick.

Our old shower head had gone limp and I wanted something with better pressure without replacing the whole valve. I looked at a few options across different shops and this one had the most detail about flow rates and fittings. The head arrived well packed, fitted with the supplied washers and the difference is obvious. Price was fair compared with the others I looked at and it arrived ahead of schedule.

We needed a replacement extractor hood quickly because the old one had packed in and we were cooking for guests that weekend. I know my way around kitchen fittings so I checked the dimensions and fixings carefully before ordering. Everything matched the listing, the instructions were clear and the hood fitted first time without any faff.

The ink cartridges I wanted were listed in a multipack and the site showed me the exact model number for my printer, which saved a lot of guessing. Delivery was next day and the ink works fine. The pack was a little bigger than I needed for the price, but for the money it's a decent deal.

I needed a specific dishwasher spray arm and was worried it wouldn't fit my model. The listing had a fitting guide and a clear list of compatible models, so I checked it against the machine's plate before ordering. The part arrived in good time and clicked straight into place. It's the sort of thing that's hard to find locally, so the convenience was a real help and I'd happily use them for other parts.

Decent prices and the order went through ok. Emailed them about a missing item and it took three days to get a reply, which was annoying. Got sorted in the end.

I'm into cycling and knew I needed a new derailleur cable set and some housing. Checked compatibility against my bike before buying, and the listing confirmed the match. Everything arrived clean and well protected, and the cables run smoothly now. Nothing else to add.

I used to get my bedding from the local department store, and this time I thought I'd try ordering online to save the trip. The duvet cover is fine but the cotton feels thinner than what I had before. It also cost more than the same set elsewhere, and I've been left waiting over a week for a reply about a missing zip. Not as good as I'd hoped.

I know knitwear well from working in a shop, so I went for the merino option when I saw it listed. The weight of the jumper is lovely and the stitch is tidy. The colour was a touch darker than the photos though, more a deep navy than the blue I was expecting. It still fits well and I'd order from them again, but I wouldn't say the picture is quite accurate.

I'd been using a different site for ordering my weekly groceries, but it kept showing items as in stock when they weren't. Tried this one instead and the substitutions were a lot more sensible when things were out. The delivery slot I wanted wasn't available until the Friday, so I had to plan around that. Prices are a bit higher on some items but the order was easy to get through and the driver was polite.

I've been buying from them since the early days and they've been reliable every time. Most of my orders are kitchen and bathroom bits and they always arrive well wrapped. The customer line is easy to reach when I need it. I'd happily keep ordering from them for years to come.

Looked at a couple of other sites for a new garden hose reel before settling on this one. Their price was the lowest for the same reel and the delivery came with no charge over the minimum. The reel works well and I've had it for a few weeks now without any problems.

First time I've bought trainers online so I was a bit nervous about the sizing. Ordered a pair of running trainers, the same size I normally wear in shops. They fit okay but are a touch narrow across the toes so I'm going to try a half size up next time. The box arrived in a day and the trainers look like the photos.

Needed a replacement laptop charger in a hurry because mine had packed in before a deadline. Found the right one on the site and it came the next morning. Works perfectly.

The returns label came printed in the box, which saved me faffing about with a printer. First order so not sure what to expect but the checkout was simple and everything arrived on time. Only niggle was the sign-up asked for more details than I expected.

This is the one I'd pick again, I compared three sites before ordering and they came out the cheapest for the same brand. The order was simple enough to place and the item arrived with the tracking spot on. Only small thing is the checkout kept asking me to log in again, which was a bit annoying, but the rest was easy.
