Been ordering from them for about six years now and they have never let me down. The site is easy to get round, the stock is where it should be and my usual order turns up when they say it will. I've tried a couple of rivals over that time and always come back here, mostly because nothing has ever gone wrong with an order and I don't have to think about it.
Read moreI used to get my bedding from the local department store, and this time I thought I'd try ordering online to save the trip. The duvet cover is fine but the cotton feels thinner than what I had before. It also cost more than the same set elsewhere, and I've been left waiting over a week for a reply about a missing zip. First time I've bought trainers online so I was a bit nervous about the sizing. Ordered a pair of running trainers, the same size I normally wear in shops. They fit okay but are a touch narrow across the toes so I'm going to try a half size up next time. The box arrived in a day and the trainers look like the photos.
