The throw is the detail I noticed first, the wool is soft and the colour is warm rather than bright. The order was simple to place and the parcel turned up sooner than I'd been told. My only small quibble is that the tassels came a little uneven, but they're hardly noticeable once it's on the sofa.

I bought the tote bag in natural linen for a trip to see my daughter in Bath, and it has been very useful since. The handles are a good length and the stitching looks sound after a few weeks of use. Delivery took a little longer than the site said, but the parcel was well protected and the bag was exactly as shown. I would order from them again.

Working from home full time and my old chair had given up, so I needed something decent without spending a fortune. Got this one for well under what the other places were asking. It's comfy enough for long days and the lumbar bit actually helps. Good value, no complaints.

I bought the candle set after looking at a few other options, and this came out ahead on scent and price. The wax burns evenly and the jars are a good size. Fast delivery and the packaging was tidy. Happy with it.

I purchased a set of linen napkins for a dinner party and I'm very glad I did. They're substantial without being stiff, and they've washed beautifully. The ordering process was straightforward and the parcel arrived when promised. I'd happily recommend them to friends.

Bag is really good, the canvas is thick and the zips work. Only thing is the delivery took an extra day past the date they gave, but it still came. Would order again.

Honestly not impressed this time round. The lamp I ordered took almost three weeks to turn up and the tracking hadn't updated for most of that. When I emailed, it was four days before anyone replied. I've bought from them before and it was fine, but I'd think twice now.

What struck me most was how neatly the cushion covers were stitched, the seams were straight and the zip ran smoothly. The customer service team were very helpful when I asked about washing instructions. Delivery was prompt and the box arrived in good order. I'm pleased with my purchase and shall be ordering again.

I needed a decent masonry bit set for a job at the weekend, and I know my tools well enough to spot a cheap one. These are properly sharp and the coating holds up through the brick. Ordered Thursday, arrived Friday.

Against the other sites I use, this one is much quicker to get through. I've been a customer for about six years now. Checkout is simple, no faffing about with accounts, and I always get what I ordered. Good stuff, will carry on.

I had been using a well known brand for a similar pair of reading lamps and these are very much the same in use. The switch and the arm feel just as sturdy, which I was rather surprised by. Delivery was prompt. The price is a little higher than I'd have liked, though it was still fair. Not sure I'd rule it out for the next one.

Ordered a set of brass coat hooks for the hall and they went up beautifully. Everything you need was in the box and the fixings were easy to follow. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Compared to the high street place I used to go to, this is so much easier for us. I've been ordering from them for years now, mainly kitchen bits and the odd bit of storage for the garage. The prices are about the same but I don't have to drive anywhere and the boxes always turn up in a day or two. Customer emails get answered quickly too.

I am very pleased indeed with my recent order from this company. The bedside table arrived in excellent condition and assembled without any difficulty. The website was easy to navigate and the prices were fair. I shall certainly be returning when I next need something for the house.

Bought the oak wall shelf from them last month and it arrived really well packed, no dents at all. Fitted it in the hallway on my own with the screws they included and it's been holding a stack of books and a plant without any wobble. The checkout was quick and the confirmation email came straight away. Happy to order again, the colour looks just like the photos.

Our bathroom mirror cracked and we needed a replacement quickly before the landlord visit. Found one here, ordered on a Sunday and it was on the doorstep Tuesday. Looks great.

I needed a present for my sister's birthday in a hurry and this place had a gift box that looked nice. Ordered on Monday evening and it arrived Wednesday with a card included. The wrapping was pretty and she loved it.

Really good value for a set of four bedside lamps with the bulbs included. The price was lower than what I was paying at the big chains and the quality feels fine for the money. Only thing was the bulbs took a few extra days to arrive, but they came in one box with no fuss.

Compared with the big chain I normally buy from, these were a fair bit cheaper for the same sort of thing. I got a set of picture hooks and a small toolbox. The price is great. The one thing is the returns, I sent one back and had to print a label and find a box, which was a faff.
