Working from home full time and my old chair had given up, so I needed something decent without spending a fortune. Got this one for well under what the other places were asking. It's comfy enough for long days and the lumbar bit actually helps. Good value, no complaints.

Fitted it in the hallway on my own with the screws they included and it's been holding a stack of books and a plant without any wobble. The checkout was quick and the confirmation email came straight away. Happy to order again, the colour looks just like the photos.
Read moreThe throw is the detail I noticed first, the wool is soft and the colour is warm rather than bright. The order was simple to place and the parcel turned up sooner than I'd been told. My only small quibble is that the tassels came a little uneven, but they're hardly noticeable once it's on the sofa.
I bought the tote bag in natural linen for a trip to see my daughter in Bath, and it has been very useful since. The handles are a good length and the stitching looks sound after a few weeks of use. Delivery took a little longer than the site said, but the parcel was well protected and the bag was exactly as shown. I would order from them again.
Bag is really good, the canvas is thick and the zips work. Only thing is the delivery took an extra day past the date they gave, but it still came. Would order again.
Compared with the big chain I normally buy from, these were a fair bit cheaper for the same sort of thing. I got a set of picture hooks and a small toolbox. The price is great. The one thing is the returns, I sent one back and had to print a label and find a box, which was a faff.
