Compared with the catalogue I used to order from every spring, this site is far more straightforward. I wanted a cardigan for my sister's visit and found one in a soft wool blend. It arrived within the week, neatly packed, and the colour was just as shown. I did have a little trouble finding the sizing chart at first, but once I did, the fit was spot on. I shall certainly order again.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed when the chair arrived was a small scuff on one of the armrests, which I did not expect given how carefully it had been described on the site. I contacted them and the reply took almost four days to come back, which was rather slow. They did arrange a replacement cover eventually but the wait was a bother. The chair itself is comfortable enough once it's in the room.
Read moreBought a replacement seal kit for our pressure cooker and it was the right fit, which was the main thing. The price was a bit more than I could find on the big marketplaces, about a pound or two more once postage was added. Delivery took four working days and the box came with a bit of crushed packaging but nothing inside was damaged. I would probably check elsewhere first next time, though I am…
Read moreCompared to the other site I usually use this was way quicker to check out, no faff with logging in. Delivery turned up the next day which is a win. Only thing is the price was a tiny bit higher on this one but not by loads.
I had compared three other sites before settling on this one for a set of picture frames, and the price here was the most reasonable. The frames arrived with the glass intact and the hanging hardware was included, which the others did not offer. Delivery took a little longer than I hoped, about four working days, but that was in line with what the site said. Happy enough with the result.
We had guests coming for a fortnight and the spare room bedding was looking very tired, so I went looking for a new set. The duvet cover and pillowcases I chose came in quite promptly and the fabric is lovely and soft. The sizes matched the labels exactly which I was glad of. The only thing is the price was a touch above what I had seen elsewhere, though I suppose the quality justifies it somewhat. Happy with it.
I needed a present for my brother's birthday and the gift delivery option meant I could get it there without a trip to town. The gift wrap wasn't quite what the picture showed, a bit plainer, but it still looked nice. Delivery came in about a day and a half which was fine for the timing. The tracking updates were a little delayed on the day though so I was checking the app a lot.
Compared with the shop I used before, this is quicker to reorder from, my usual items are saved and I just tick them off. Been buying from them for years now.
I ordered a replacement printer cartridge after I'd carefully checked the model number against the one in my printer. The page was clear and I found it without any trouble. It came two working days later, and it fitted and printed without a single streak. The only small niggle was that the delivery note arrived separately by email, which I found a little unusual.
