Compared with the catalogue I used to order from every spring, this site is far more straightforward. I wanted a cardigan for my sister's visit and found one in a soft wool blend. It arrived within the week, neatly packed, and the colour was just as shown. I did have a little trouble finding the sizing chart at first, but once I did, the fit was spot on. I shall certainly order again.

Sent them a message about a delivery window that did not match what the checkout said. The reply came back three days later, and by then the slot had already been moved again without me being told.
