The detail that struck me most was how carefully the cushions were packed, with each one wrapped separately. I did have a question about the fabric and the reply came the next morning, which I was grateful for. The website is clear to navigate and I found what I wanted without difficulty. I'd happily order from them again.
Read moreCompared to amazon this was way slower. Ordered a phone case and it took nearly a week to arrive when amazon would have had it next day. The case was ok but the corner was a bit scuffed when it turned up. Tried to send a message about it and the reply took three days. Price was about the same as amazon but I'd just go back to amazon next time honestly. Not really worth the hassle for me.
Read moreOrdered a set of picture frames and the box arrived with one corner squashed, which was annoying but the frames themselves were fine. Took about four days to turn up which is fine. Sizing on the site was a bit vague though so I had to measure twice. They did say it was in stock when it wasn't so that was a bit of a faff. Would probably order again if I needed something small.
Read moreNeeded a replacement charger for the work laptop after mine packed in on a Monday and I had a client call on Wednesday. Found it on the site, ordered it at lunch and it turned up Wednesday morning. Checkout was quick and I didn't have to make an account. Only thing was the confirmation email went to spam for a bit.
I needed a new kettle after the old one gave up, and this seemed the most sensible place to look for one. The kettle I chose was a little more than I'd hoped to spend but it does the job well. Delivery was prompt and the box was undamaged. The site was perfectly easy to follow, though the filter options could be clearer. I'd order from them again.
I've been ordering the same bedding set from them for about six years now and it's always the first thing I check when I'm topping up. The site is easy to use once you've got your account set up and I like that they remember my sizes. Delivery has been spot on almost every time, just the odd day late around Christmas. Happy to keep going back.
Got a set of kitchen utensils as my first order and they were decent for the money. Delivery came a day after it said it would. Checkout was simple enough. Would probably try again.
Needed a last minute birthday present for my sister and this was the quickest option. The gift I picked was the right colour and came wrapped. Checkout was dead easy. Only thing was the delivery was a day later than it said, but still ok.
