I bought the wool rug in charcoal for the hallway, which gets a lot of traffic, and it's held up well over the past year. The pile is thick without being hard to hoover. I've ordered from them several times over the years and they've never let me down. Delivery was on time both times I've had a rug arrive.

The stitching on the duvet is the first thing I noticed, tight and even all round. Compared a few options before choosing and this was the best value for a feather mix. Delivery was prompt.

Way better than the other place I was using for bedding, the cotton here is much softer after a wash. Ordered a duvet set on a Monday and it turned up Wednesday. Looks like it'll last.

Needed a last minute gift for my mum's birthday so I went looking on my phone at lunch. Ordered a candle set but the delivery window was longer than the site said. Turned up on the Friday not the Wednesday. It was fine in the end, just not what I was told.

I'd happily order again, though I'd check the photos against a daylight window first.

It's the best of the bedding I've tried, the sheets are cool in summer and not scratchy. I've been a customer a while and always found the ordering straightforward. Arrived well packed and on time.

Got the black hoodie and it's really comfy, fits how I wanted it to. Arrived quick, like the day after I ordered it. Wear it all the time now lol

Got the lilac bedding set and the colour is lovely, not too bright. Soft cotton, ironed well out of the packet. Took about three days to arrive, which was fine for me.
