I bought the wool rug in charcoal for the hallway, which gets a lot of traffic, and it's held up well over the past year. The pile is thick without being hard to hoover. I've ordered from them several times over the years and they've never let me down. Delivery was on time both times I've had a rug arrive.

I compared it to the big chains first and this was a bit cheaper for the same bamboo bath mat. The mat itself is nice and the non slip backing works. Delivery took a couple of days longer than I'd hoped though.
Got the lilac bedding set and the colour is lovely, not too bright. Soft cotton, ironed well out of the packet. Took about three days to arrive, which was fine for me.
