I bought the hand cream with the shea butter, which my daughter recommended to me. It arrived promptly and was very nicely packed, and the instructions for use were printed clearly on the tube. I found the process of ordering quite straightforward and the customer service team were most courteous when I rang with a question. I shall certainly order again.
