Looked at a few places and this was the cheapest for the spec I wanted, with delivery and removal of the old one included. The checkout was clear about what was in the price, which I appreciated. Machine has been running a few weeks with no problems and the bill was lower than I expected. For the money it's hard to beat.

We needed a new fridge freezer quick after the old one started leaking water all over the kitchen floor. I looked at about four or five sites and their price was the lowest for what we wanted, and the ordering was simple enough, you pick the model and the delivery date and that's it. Everything arrived on the day they said and the engineer took the old one away. Good all round.

Compared a few sites for a cooker and this one wasn't the cheapest once I'd added the delivery charge. Ordering was clear enough and the product arrived in good condition. The delivery was booked into a long window which was a faff for my working day. Would probably look elsewhere first next time.

Ordered a washing machine and the first thing I noticed was the delivery window was all day, nothing more specific. Then the driver turned up at 6pm with no call beforehand and tried to leave it on the doorstep. Had to ring the number three times to get anyone to answer. Machine itself is fine but I'm not happy with how that was handled, took a week to sort out.

Went for the built in double oven after looking at a few sites with similar models. Ordering was fine and the installer came on the booked day to fit it in the kitchen. Oven heats evenly and the timer works as it should. Happy with the purchase and the whole process.

Compared with the other big names this was the one I went back to, same as I did for our last cooker. Order was straightforward and the price matched what I'd seen elsewhere. Delivery came on the day and the men were careful on the stairs.

My washer packed in mid load so I needed a new one asap. Ordered it on the site and it came the next day, quite pleased tbh. Lad who delivered was sound and took the old one away.
