We needed a new fridge freezer quick after the old one started leaking water all over the kitchen floor. I looked at about four or five sites and their price was the lowest for what we wanted, and the ordering was simple enough, you pick the model and the delivery date and that's it. Everything arrived on the day they said and the engineer took the old one away. Good all round.

Then the driver turned up at 6pm with no call beforehand and tried to leave it on the doorstep. Had to ring the number three times to get anyone to answer. Machine itself is fine but I'm not happy with how that was handled, took a week to sort out.

Compared this against the big chain and they were a fair bit more expensive for the same washing machine. Checkout was smooth enough and the delivery came when booked. Took a bit longer to get the confirmation email than I expected though.
Bought the induction hob last month and it's been fine so far. Only thing is the delivery came a day later than the date on the booking, which was a bit annoying. Otherwise the install was tidy and I've no complaints about the product.
