What struck me most was how true the colour was to the photos, which isn't always the case with online clothing. The scarf is a warm mustard and the wool feels proper and substantial. I was a little unsure about ordering something so bright, but it has been worn several times since it arrived and I've had kind comments each time. The delivery was prompt and the packaging was neat and careful.

I bought a ceramic vase for my hallway and I've got to say I've seen similar ones for less elsewhere. The vase is pretty and arrived in good order, though the postage charge at checkout took me by surprise. It's fine, just not cheap.
