What struck me most was how true the colour was to the photos, which isn't always the case with online clothing. The scarf is a warm mustard and the wool feels proper and substantial. I was a little unsure about ordering something so bright, but it has been worn several times since it arrived and I've had kind comments each time. The delivery was prompt and the packaging was neat and careful.

The cut on the wax jacket is a touch roomier than I'd expect for a medium, so I'd size down if you're between sizes. Otherwise the cotton is nice and the stitching looks solid. Took about four days to come through.
Quick one from my phone. Got the tote in tan and it's really nice for the price. The strap clip is a bit fiddly to undo though. Would still buy it again.
We needed something for the dining table before the in-laws came round, so I picked a linen runner in a soft grey. It's a lovely piece and looks much better in person than on screen. The only niggle was the delivery, which took longer than the estimate, though it did get here in the end.
I looked at a few other places before choosing the dressing gown, and this one came out a little dearer. The cotton is soft and the cut is comfortable for a lounging garment. I'm happy with it on the whole, though I did think the price was on the high side for what it is.
