Checked three different sellers before deciding and this one came out the cheapest for the model I wanted with the warranty included. Delivery came the next day and the phone was in perfect condition with the protective film still on. The best value I could find, so no regrets.
Read moreMy old charger died on the Friday night and I needed something for the work phone first thing Monday. Ordered on the Sunday expecting it by Monday but it said dispatch in 3 to 5 days. Waited four days and it arrived on the Thursday, so it was no use for the Monday like I needed.

The ordering was straightforward and the instructions for activating it were clear enough for someone like me who isn't very confident with technology. Read moreI have bought from this site for years and they've never let me down. Ordered my usual battery and it came the next morning in the same protective packaging as always.
Compared to the networks charging for a replacement sim, this was free to get and only cost the postage. I know phones well so I checked the sim size against mine before ordering and it matched. Arrived quick.

Sent in my old phone for trade in and the offer was higher than what I'd seen anywhere else. Put it in a box, sent it off and got paid a few days later.
Compared to the shop I had been using for years, this site makes the handset choices far easier to understand, and the prices are roughly the same or a little lower. My order arrived quickly and the phone was exactly as described. I found the whole process very clear and I was glad of it.
We were going away for two weeks and my wife wanted a backup phone in case hers got lost. I compared a few places and this was the cheapest for a basic handset with a pay as you go sim included. It arrived in two days and was ready to use straight away.
First time ordering a wireless charging pad from here and I went for the simple black one. It charges my phone fine on the bedside table, though it's slower than the plug in ones. The box arrived in good shape and the delivery was quick.
Bought a clear case and a tempered glass screen protector as my first order here. The protector went on crooked but the case fitted perfectly and the box came quickly.
Go with them. I looked at three other sellers and this was the only one listing the battery health and warranty length upfront. Ordered on a Tuesday, arrived Thursday, tested it straight away and it's spot on.
The trade in value they offered for my old phone was about £30 more than the two comparison sites I checked, which is what made me pick them. I sent it in using the free label and they confirmed receipt within a day. The payment hit my account two working days later. Everything was clear from start to finish and I had no questions to ask anyone. Would sell to them again.
The first thing I noticed was how quick the checkout was, I didn't have to make an account to buy. My order for a new phone case and a cable came in the next day. Really happy with it so far and I'll probably order again when I need a new charger.
