I've been ordering my accessories from them for about six years now and nothing has changed for the better or worse. Compared to the new online sellers who pop up, they are still a bit more expensive on cases but the delivery is always next day. My last order arrived fine. A little pricey but I keep coming back for the reliability.
Bought a screen replacement kit for my cracked phone as I'd never fixed one before. The kit had the right tools in it and the instructions were clear enough, though the adhesive strip was a bit fiddly to line up. Took me about an hour and the screen works.
